The folks over at Sony Creative Software have recently announced the new Sony Vegas Pro 11 and brought it out with yet another upbeat trailer.  From the trailer we can deduct some of the new features along with a “Fall” release date!

It was about this time last year that we heard about Sony Vegas Pro 10, and already we have a trailer and information about Sony Vegas Pro 11 !

It was officially announced on September 9th 2011 at IBC.

Some of the new features include:

• GPU Acceleration: “Better playback – faster renders”. Vegas Pro 11 supports GPU devices from AMD and NVIDIA to accelerate your workflow, helping to create smoother video playback and faster rendering.

• Stereoscopic 3D Enhancements: Vegas Pro 11 provides the ability to easily import, edit, and output stereoscopic 3D media.

• Closed Captioning: Utilize the outstanding video production environment of Vegas Pro to create content with closed captioning, or to work with content that already contains it.

• New Text Tools: Quickly add motion to text events with the new Titles and Text plug-in. Select from a list of animated presets that can be applied to any project with a simple drag-and-drop.

• Enhanced Image Stabilization: Use image stabilization technology to reduce jitter and shaky video footage.

• New Event Synchronization: Keep numerous events in sync by applying the Sync Link tool.

• New Support for RAW Photo Files: Work with RAW photo files, be able to view RAW photo files from more than 120 DSLR cameras natively on the Vegas Pro timeline.
